We begin with a series on the text of the Torah (in this case referring to the first five books of the Bible). Jeremy will progress through the Torah, from the beginning, providing insights and commentary. This first episode is an introduction to and overview of the series.

"I hope to entertain, to stimulate, and to teach. I am speaking to whoever wants to listen, regardless of background or beliefs. I want to show how amazingly complex and multifaceted the text of Torah is, and how it lends itself to such different interpretations, on so many different levels. In presenting some of the ideas of the past and the present I hope to illustrate the Divine Poetry of the text and why it continues to speak to us despite its ancient origin."
